Angela Cronk
Property Manager
Angela joined AJC in 2007 and has been in real estate management for over 20 years. Angela is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests. Angela offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management, and contract negotiation. Angela’s commitment to the wellbeing of her clients’ properties informs her every decision and ensures that the properties in her portfolio are very well taken care of.
Mary Glascock
Property Manager
Prior to joining AJ Clarke, Mary was a Real Estate Portfolio Manager for Aegon USA Realty Advisors LLC. In her role as Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Mary was primarily responsible for managing multi-family properties located in and around New York City, which entailed directing the day-to-day rental and sales operations of the assets, preparing and monitoring budgets, tracking the portfolio’s performance, and reporting to senior management. She also managed other asset classes including Section 42 affordable housing, warehouse facilities and self-storage properties. Prior to joining Aegon, Mary served as a Financial Analyst and Mortgage Loan Portfolio Manager for Time Equities Inc., a major New York real estate development firm, where she managed a mortgage loan portfolio in excess of $100 million, calculated limited partnership distributions, monitored real estate tax escrow accounts and construction loan draws. Mary received her BA in History from Long Island University and her MBA from Pace University.
Cynthia Graffeo
Property Manager
Cynthia is a lifelong New Yorker, who was born and raised in NYC and began her real estate career in 2003. She specializes in residential property management and has a vast knowledge of co-ops, condos, condops and rental buildings, both as a portfolio manager and as an on-site manager.
Her daily responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of building management: Board/ownership meetings, repairs and maintenance, capital projects, creating budgets, reviewing income and expenses, monitoring variances and arrears, and handling violations and emergency situations. Cynthia serves as a liaison between Boards, shareholders, unit owners, tenants, sponsors, developers/owners, vendors and building staff. She focuses on building client relationships and nurturing them. One of her mottos is “listening to understand instead of listening to respond.”
Prior to her career in property management, Cynthia worked in accounting, computer networking, and food service. These industries give her a well-rounded background in customer service, and she has been described by many as “having the patience of a saint,” and being “professional,” “attentive,” “cheerful,” and “dedicated.”
Cynthia is a foodie, as well as an avid fan of country and rock music, lifting weights/working out, and the beach. She is passionate about animals, and has rescued dogs and a cat.
Timothy Popko
Property Manager
Tim Popko is an experienced Property Manager overseeing daily operations for multi-family residential rental, co-op and condominium buildings. He has practical, hands-on experience in construction, having worked three years as an IBEW Local 3 electrical apprentice before his career managing real estate. Although he no longer brings a toolbag to work each day, he still has a strong focus on real estate as a physical asset, devoting much of his time to in-field visits, meeting residents, and overseeing building issues with his staff. He works daily to familiarize himself with his buildings and pursues their best management solutions with a sense of urgency and dedicated follow-up.
Arnesa Cekic
Property Manager
Arnesa Cekic has 9 years of residential and commercial property management experience with properties throughout New York City. Arnesa is a knowledgeable individual who is capable of handling any task with efficiency and effectiveness. She is highly organized and has an attentive approach to management, keeping her clients concerns her focus, while maintaining resident satisfaction. Arnesa received her BS at Brooklyn College with a concentration of business law and real estate. In her free time she enjoys visiting museums, traveling and spending time with family.
Robert Gordon
Property Manager
Robert has been a lifelong resident of New York City with a career spanning many years in real estate management. During those years he has encountered every variety of problem and unexpected emergency requiring resourceful decisions while implementing a sharp concept of budget considerations. Over the years his experience has enabled him to conduct business in a manner that allows for a thoughtful response to tenant concerns while always being guided by an understanding of business implications for the owner.
